Designing and building a client experience studio.
We took an existing conference room to its bones and reconstructed it as a purpose-built client experience studio: reimagining the footprint and sightlines, engineering broadcast, lighting, and presentation systems into the architecture, and specifying every material to hold a specific feeling.
Alongside the physical build, we are constructing the operating model that runs it — the training, workflows, and standards that make the studio a functioning, repeatable capability.
